All the carers are considerate and kind to mum which is most important to us. They are also cooperative in working with the family to give mum the care she needs. The company is approachable and easy to deal with in discussing ongoing needs. Myself and my wife have been with Consummate Care since June 2021. The management staff and carers are so respectful and friendly. The management staff are easily contactable, even outside of working hours. Very reasonably priced if not the best out there i could find! Carers are well trained, respectful and very caring.
